My new pc is blurry after installing GPU

I bought a new pc (Optiplex7040) it has 1920x1080 Resolution. It was all good but after I installed my old GPU ( Nvidia GT 730) which I used for my old pc. Which also had the same blurry problem. Even with native res 1920x1080 it's blurry like text, images, videos and games its pixelated pls help me resolve this problemFixes I tried:-CleartypeFix scaling for appsDisable full screen optimization Program DPIMy PC SpecsIntel core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz . 3.41 GHz8.00 GB Ram64 but Operating system GPU Nvidia GT 730GPU ram 4GB
