My new laptop told me my device ran into a problem and needs to restart. After a while when I try to boot it, “no bootable device appears”

My new laptop was working perfectly, then I got notified to install some windows updates. I did so. Now I was installing an app when it came that my device ran into a problem and needs to restart.
