My new laptop integrated camera says Front facing camera and blinks , windows11

hi there, thanks so much for anyone who can helprecently i bought a new laptop, Lenovo LOQ 15irx9 i7 13th gen /4060 rtx version with preinstalled Windows 11 updated to latest.Anyway, everything was working great till i setup the Phonelink app, the laptop camera didnt open and says front facing camera and blinks with the camera light blinks , sometimes for a second or two it works then go into a loop of like disconnecting or switching something like that.i completely deleted and unlinked my phone from phonelink , and completely deleted the phonelink app totally but in no vain.i deleted the
