My new laptop crashes exactly 3 times every time on boot. It also crashes after 3-5 minutes on battery power. How can I fix this?

Hello everyone. I will do my best to be as descriptive as possible in this post. Thank you for your time and any light anyone can shed on the issue. Let me know if you need any additional information. Recently I purchased a new laptop. I got the display model as it was the last the store had, and it came without an OS. Initially, I installed windows 11 and ran into some issues. When starting the laptop, like clockwork, it would crash three times while booting up.
