My new computer is stuck on the blue screen of death

My new computer was working for a couple hours, then after i got back from eating it showed up stuck in the bios menu and i was stuck in that, then afteri tried fixing this by watching some yt videos. After awhile of restarting my pc numerous times it ended up just showing the blue screen forcing it to automatically restart. Now whenever I try turning it on its just stuck in a look of showing the blue screen and restarting. The error code it shows is registry error, however I have no clue whqt to do about this.
