My MSI windows 11 home laptop suddenly running slow and laggy

Hi, so. I use my laptop everyday and it causes no problem. However, almost a week ago, I installed Lively wallpaper to apply a moving wallpaper I donwloaded (sue me) But since it was making my pc laggy, I activated the high perfomance por the program. Everything was good but then I turned on my pc and it was extremely laggy. Like, SUPER laggy. I panicked and uninstalled Lively wallpaper and everything, but it was still causing problems so I updated the NVIDIA app and downloaded the new driver it recommended to me. I also got a pop-up window that said something about activating NVIDIA overlap.
