My MSI laptop crashed and stopped booting into Windows 11. I don't have options to reset the PC or do a recovery. Should I perform a clean install?

I was playing some games, and had some programs opened. After closing the games the PC froze. I left it for a while but nothing happened so I shut it down by holding the power button for a long time.Next day, the laptop didn't boot and west straight to BIOS.I was able to get a USB media to boot into the PC, but no recovery options are available. There's no Reset option, Repair function doesn't work in this case and the only thing I can do is to go to the command line.
