My mouse won't work after windows update

i've got a problem with my mouse recently. it won't connect no matter what i do.my mouse won't work on my laptop after windows update. i have tried useing 2 different mouse (wireless and wired). my wired mouse has "USB not reocgnized" massage, and has this "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" when i check the details. my wireless mouse doesn't get detected either. both mouses are fine and works properly before windows got updated.i have tried update the USB and mouse drivers, uninstalling and installing the drivers again, reinstalling my windows, downlo
