HeyAfter downloading windows 11, I have had an issue, where in some areas of my screen, my mouse start lagging and phasing around. This, however, is not a constant issue and only when windows applications and/or other applications are running. This issue can also occur if my mouse is going past a clickable area (a button or an ad etc.). I have checked: - Display drivers- Screen defects/deadzones- multi-monitor setup issues- Software conflictsOther than this, I have also completely reset my PC and this persists. I am really looking to finally find a fix for this issue, or else i might be forced

my mouse cursor keeps lagging behind. When i move my mouse it works fine for a bit and then freezes. It then comes back a few secs later.
