my mouse is going to my other monitor while i am in fullscreen on games

ever since an update came out on the 5th im not able to play any games on fullscreen. i uninstalled it and it work after but then some how it resinstalled and now i can delete it anymore i do not want a third party software i just want my pc to work again.
