My mouse and keyboard unplugging randomly, how can I fix this?

My mouse and keyboard keep on unplugging at random moments. I noticed that in the event viewer, every time this would happen, there would be an error coming from “Device Setup Manager” with the event ID 131. What is happening and how can I fix it?
