My mobile hotspot on my computer doesnt work properly

I have a problem with my hotspot on my pc. I share my ethernet conection via mobile hotspot in my computer but it suddenly stoped working. I tried restarting my device, conected device and router many times i even tried enabling and disabling the internet conection sharing in the network conections but nothing worked, only thing that shows up is that my hotspot dont have access to internet and on my other device that i want to connect to that hotspot the only thing that is showing is "loading the ip adress" and i cant connect. I tryed checking the ethernet cable but it works properly. How can
