My Microsoft Store Wont open

Whenever i try to open up my microsoft store (and some other apps; Video player, Pictures, Etc.) they will act as if theyre opening but close before anything happens (see video) idk what to do and ive tried resetting, reinstalling, obviously restarting my pc. This has been going on for months and starting to get annoying. Im in my guest account so that may have something to do with it. unfortunately i have forgot the password to the administrator account. Please Help
