My Microsoft store closes immediately after opening it, and I have exhausted every suggested solution. Can anyone assist?

I try to open the Microsoft Store, a window appears to open for a second and then immediately closes. I have Reset the Microsoft Store cache, Made sure Windows has the latest update, Checked my time and location settings, ran the troubleshooter, repaired and reset the Microsoft Store, cleared the LocalCache folder, reinstalled the store, and redownloaded Windows as an ISO file (I think at least, I'm not sure if I did this right or even what it means but I followed some steps I found online for doing so). I am at my wit's end with this. Can anyone suggest any other course of action?
