My microsoft modern webcam won't connect to microsoft accessory center

I've used it on Zoom, discord, etc, and have had no problems with it working or connecting there but it won't connect to Microsoft Accessory Center.I've tried uninstalling Microsoft Accessory Center, unplugging and re-plugging the device, removing it from my devices list, and reconnecting but nothing works- sorry but i couldn't find a product for Microsoft accessories
