My microsoft basic display driver says it cannot start. (error code 10). It says "The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POS

I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Studio in my HP ENVY laptop, and suddenly the driver controlling this graphics card doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling it, updating the driver from the device manager. I've tried downloading it from the Nvidia's website, and when installing it says it's doesn't recognize the card even though I installed the correct one. I don't know what to do, HELP PLEASE!!!!
