My microsoft account with an @gmail.com was hacked

My same email username with an @gmail.com ending was hacked and I can’t recover it since microsoft itself states "it’s not a valid user" but that’s my gmail microsoft email that was locked…. They might have deleted my account because i refused to pay for it and they. changed everything from my recovery email to my phone number and all the other things too. Please help me I can’t even login to my laptop because the account is compromised and it states : "this device is locked by an administrator.
