My microsoft account says it doesnt exist whenever i log in

i got a security alert on my gmail so i changed the password and i am unable to log into my microsoft account as it says account doesnt exist, my microoft account that doesnt exist apparently is still connected to my microsoft store so i have proof that it does exist. all my emails related to microsoft other than microsoft rewards were deleted
