My Microsoft account keeps locking me out for 2 hours after it has shut itself down from low charge. How can I fix this?

When i power on my device and try to log in it gives me an error saying "this sign in option is disables from failed sign in attempt or repeated shut downs. Please use a different sign in option or leave your device powered on for 2 hours". I haven't repeatedly shut it down or had failed sign ins so I don't know why does doing this, how can I fix it?
