My Microsoft account got hacked and the email and password have been changed

Im unable to sign back in and i was able to find what email the hacker changed it to "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is there a way to get this account back because i tried the recovery but i was a kid when i made the account so i am not sure what i put as the age or other things like location. im really stressed right now because i have had that account for a while and had stuff connected to it and bought with it. i really need to recover this account it means alot to me and i can show proof that i was logged into it like some verification emails and that my pc was connected to it and that it h
