MY MICROSOFT ACC HACKED

Today, I received an e-mail informing me that my old Microsoft account was accessed from the USA. I haven't accessed that account for a long time, so I don't remember the password. I don't have access to the old phone number registered to that account, and when I try to recover the account, I get an e-mail stating that my answers are insufficient. I don't know what to do in this case. I am Turkish and live in Turkiye. The similarity of the e-mail addresses of the two accounts proves that both of these accounts belong to me.
