My microphone keeps detecting audio but there's none

Hello,I'm using Windows 11 and I have a microphone. It's linked to an audio soundcard, the brand is Focusrite and the soundcard is Scarlett Solo. I use USB to connect the soundcard to the computer, and the microphone is connected to the soundcard.This is professional stuff. Until a few days ago, I could use my microphone with any software (OBS, FL Studio, Audacity), but now, it seems the microphone is recording sounds though there is nothing. Typically, on OBS, you can see the db gauge:-50 db - 0dband even if i'm not speaking at all, or there's NO noise in the room, it keeps detecting sound at
