My microphone driver seems to be disappeared.

My turned on my laptop today and took a whatsapp call to my friend and he kept telling me that he can't hear me so i stopped the call and checked whatsapp audio settings and i found out that the whatsapp app can't find the in-built mic of the laptop. So i checked my device manager and i found out that the realtek driver ( i think ) that used to be in the audio input part seems to be uninstalled or smth. please help
