My microphone would not work during a Zoom meeting. I could hear the person on the other end; she could not hear me. I tried recording my own voice but could not get it to play back. Looking in settings, I saw the mic was disabled, so I enabled it. No help. Using a Dell All-in-One desktop with an integrated web cam. Unplugged and replugged the machine; no help. I am currently forced to do one-one one Zoom meetings using Zoom for video and an iPhone for audio. DOes this sound like (shudder) a hardware problem? Should I buy an external mic? Would it work with my camera. Thanks for any advice.
