MY MIC AND SPEAKER NOT WORKING

I have different mic and differnt speaker but my pc dont have pink jack. Instead this i have a headset jack option in front panel but i dont have headset. I am using Y splitter with two female and one male in which i plugged speaker and mic in females and connected the male jack to headset jack and my pc only recognizing mic and not speaker but mic is also not working.
