my machine frequently (4-6 weeks) prompts me "It looks like windows didn't load correctly...

I updated to Windows 11 on my Dell laptop in 2022. 8 months later, my machine frequently prompts me "It looks like windows didn't load correctly..." gives me the option to "Restart My PC" or "See Advanced Repair Options" So far I have selected "Restart My PC" each time (last 4 times) and it has worked each time. But my concern is what is the underlying problem that is causing this to keep happening and can it be fixed?
