My local keyboard doesn't work after RDP or initial boot

During an RDP session, the local keyboard is shut down in order to not interfere with the remote controller. However, when the session ends, the computer doesn't start it and I have to plug it out and in to get it to work again. This same problem (the keyboard doesn't work although it has the Led lights on) happens whenever I start my computer, although it doesn't happen when it's a restart. I have Windows 11 Pro
