My Lenovo X380 Yoga (Windows 11 Pro) says I changed my PIN on another device, but I didn’t. I can’t sign in, even after 2 weeks. Shift + restart won’t

my laptop(Lenovo x380 yoga) which is running windows 11 pro says that I have changed my pin on another device and I need to sign in once with that pin when I enter my pin but I didn't do such thing I'm worried cause I have a lot of personal imp data and asset keys and It's been 2 weeks and I can't sign in and even when I hold shift key and restart it doesn't go into save mode menu (troubleshooting menu) please help me out with it.
