My Lenovo windows 11 pointer keeps freezing and I have to close and open my laptop over 10 times for it to fix just to come back a few mins later! Ple

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IAU7 Windows 11, and a few months ago my pointer just randomly froze, and it became jittered and to fix it I have to close and open my laptop multiple times, and it would still come back every few minutes if I'm lucky 20 minutes and it still happens to this day. It is really annoying I updated everything, and my drivers are up to date I don't know what's going on. Please help!
