My Lenova Laptop keeps crashing randomly whenever I play any games on it.

Whenever I play any games on my lenova laptop, the game will randomly freeze and then crash. These happen randomly and not at set intervals; sometimes I can play for 20 minutes without freezing, and sometimes 20 seconds. My lag is also very prominent. I've tried many things to fix it, such as changing power settings, clearing my caches, factory resetting my laptop, and more. Can anyone help me fix my laptop?
