my League of Legends client crashes after EVERY game (and sometimes my others games too)

Hello everyone, since some weeks, it happens that some of my game crash during play, without reason, without big usage rate etc. But i thought it was because of the driver update, so i keep them updated EVERYTIME.But since some days, after EVERY SINGLE game of League of Legends, I have this error message. Sans-titreq hosted at ImgBB I already sent message to League support, and followed every step, like clean uninstall, reinstall, clean boot, reset wifi settings, changing dns, changing Ipv4, check health, restore health scanow etc etc. NOTHING works.In my log file, in the problem list, i can
