My laptop’s cursor can still move and I can still switch tabs, but no apps will open and the cursor is stuck with a blue loading circle.

My Asus TUF A15 has a faulty power on button. Today, my laptop has been stuck on the loading cursor for more than an hour since I tried opening a game. I’ve already tried restarting via the windows restart button but it never did. I also tried all the power off shortcuts I could find, but non of them work. Now I can’t even open anything, even the windows restart button. Because of my faulty power on button, I also can’t force restart it. Please help.
