My Laptop when close the lid and i use RD client , all website on all browser get timed out

before i get this problem my laptop get the dns problem too even i dont close the lid and i fix it with CMD and i have tried like everything on internet and none of them work but dont tell me do anything to the data of my laptop , is have alot important data and i dont want lost itbrowser i use: Chrome , CocCoc , Opera , Internet explorer and all get timed out
