My laptop turns airplane mode on randomly and there is absolutely no way for me to turn it off without restarting my laptop

When I open my laptop up after not using it for a bit, some times it will have airplane mode turned on and I can’t turn it off unless I restart my laptop. When I say a bit I mean 2 or 3 days. This happens at least once a fortnight. Also it’s not automatically connecting to my main wifi connections which is home and polytechnic. I have to forget the connection and re-enter the password and reconnect. It’s annoying
