My laptop stuck on blue screen after activating secure boot

-A month ago I tried dual booting with Ubuntu, but i stopped because I don't have enough storage for 2 OS. I then continue using windows without deleting the Ubuntu 'starter' os in my laptop, every time I turned it on it will always results in some blue screen but it will eventually able to get back to windows. I then activating the secure boot which leads to my laptop Cannot get into windows and always stuck in blue screen with various errors codes-I can't using windows without it keep going to blue screen after around 5 minutes, sometimes I can't even going in the windows it self and stuck o
