My Laptop stops woking after a few minutes

My laptop stops working after a few minutes I’ll boot it up it’ll work fine for some minutes then my wifi will be disconnected everything i try to open freeze If i press ctrl shift delete that also freezes.In performance My cpu,memory,disk,gpu everything is stuckOnly way to fix is to Press and hold the power button to shut it off. Then it all repeats
