my laptop screen is blue with error code 0xc0000001 and stopcode CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED

Dear All,Computer is DELL XPS17, 2TB SSD and 64GB RAMIssue started when the computer restarted, I got a blue screen with QR code and a stopcode indicating CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED. I checked the options online but none of them worked. I also see an error code of 0xc0000001. The options I see like pressing enter to restart or F1 to access recovery options or F8 for startup settings are not working as it takes me back to the blue screen. There is the option to press :"ESC", that is working but it takes me to the Firmware settings, and I am not sure if this is helpful. I tried to attach the screen
