My laptop screen got somehow lighter colors but more fade and some images are low quality

Lately my CPU and GPU were reaching high temperature and I was getting few blue screens. Before I managed to go into a center and take the classic maintenance operations (blow the dust, reassure the CPU/GPU thermal paste), the screen suddenly got lighter but more fade colors ( for example the black color appears more like grey). I took care of my PC, temperature is normal everywhere, I get no more blue screens, but this error persists, even after I updated the graphic drivers and took some windows updates.
