My laptop resolution keeps changing by itself

I just got a new laptop with windows 11 and have been having this problem where the resolution will change to the smallest setting and then revert back to normal. I notice mostly when I'm watching videos but it will happen when there is noting playing too. I have checked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled the driver to no luck.
