Whenever I play video games while watching youtube videos, randomly, my computer completely lags. My cursor is laggy, my audio is laggy, everything is laggy! I noticed that whenever this happens, my CPU utilization goes almost up to 100% and the clock speed goes down to 0.40 GHz. Then, after a few seconds it goes back to normal. But the cycle keeps repeating randomly! I'm mostly asking for guidance or advice on how to improve the performance of my laptop.
