Hello,My laptop (Lenovo Legion 4 y/o) keyboard frequently does not function. Occasionally it does but I am unable to isolate what precipitates it working. External keyboards do work. I have tried reinstalling the keyboard driver. When it is not functioning, it will not work even if I load into the BIOS. Oddly, the backlight always works and can be changed, regardless. When it is working, it functions without any issue. When it does not work, there is no function at all (except the back light).
