My laptop keyboard is stuck pressing left arrow and types randomly and performs random tasks

This had happened earlier this year but stopped when the left arrow key completely stopped working.(Notes: I've uninstalled the driver over and reinstalled over and over, I've updated the computer, cleaned the keys, pressed num lock, pressed FN+num lock, and this is a laptop so unplugging and plugging it is not an option. None of these common answers are the solution keep that in notes as I have desperately browsing, and I've even disabled and enabled sticky or filter keys in hopes of stopping the left arrow but all it did was disable the entire keyboard which is when I realized it's typing ra
