My laptop keeps pressing letter C (lenovo legion 5 pro)

Hi so recently my lenovo laptop has been randomly pressing the letter C on my keyboard whenever I try to search or type be it in settings or browser (i can use my touchpad to move the mouse around but cant click with it as well). I tried updates, reinstalling drivers, using external keyboard I scanned with windows defender and used malwerebytes to see if it's any malware and it keeps happening so I tried to bring it back to factory setting but it got stuck on 64% for like 2 days went to the repair shop they factory reset it and said it should be fixed but it wasynt, now also my external mouse
