My laptop keeps freezing, how do I fix that

My Laptop keeps freezing I tried everything to unfreeze it but the only way to do is by holding down the power button. It's a lenovo l14 gen core i5 10th gen, 16gb ram, 512gb storage, with windows 11 pro 24H2(it was 23H2 and giving the same issue but worse, so I did a clean installation it worked for a while but the freezing is still there)
