My Laptop keeps freezing and not turning off , till i turn it off manually

My laptop has :Cpu : i5 9300H 2.40GhzRam : 16GB 2667MhzGPU : 1660TI 6GBSo first , the problem faced me like 1 week ago , it keeps freezing and not turning off automatically, so i need to turn it off manually.So first, i went to the train and it went like that since last week.I cleaned the fans , maybe it was the problem with it, but still it freezes for meSo i tried to put it in pressure ( playing League of Legends) and it didn’t freeze , and once it freezed so randomly.I turned it off and on again , it freezes in starting the windows.Also when i moved it right and left randomly it freezed aga
