my laptop keeps crashing whenever i try play a game or do anything that requires a bit of hard work, why?

my laptop is brand new, bought a month agoi have great specsive tried factory resetting my laptop i get blue screen error page when it crashes, but there's new reasons each time when i check event viewerive tried command prompt stuffi downloaded norton security and it didnt help.drivers are up to date.no windows updates neededtried updating ALL drivers on device managermy game settings are on high performancetried contacting windows, didnt helptried windows memory diagnostic testsending it to msi for hardware check and repair next weekPls can someone help me as i dont wanna send my laptop away
