My laptop keep doing random plug and unplug usb sound even if i turn it off or restart.

Hello, my problem here is that my laptop keep doing random plug and unplug usb sound and i don't know what to do...I've tried to unplug and plug back all the things that were plug in but nothing change...I did restart my laptop, i've verified and it's updated...It's driving me crazy please help T^T
