My laptop is stuck on this screen and I don't know the admin password nor do I remember setting one..is there a way to factory reset it??

I got this laptop a few years back from my aunt, I'm stuck on this screen and no matter what I do or type it's always booting up on this screen...I nor my aunt know the admin password and I'm stuck on this...is there a way to fix it?? It's a Dell laptop with windows 10 installed..
