My laptop is stuck on loop in blue screen

So i have hp elitebook laptop and it shuts down that one time i was watching a movie. It says system license violation, i tried all of the options to fix it but nothing works, most of people tells me to just go run the command prompt but it doesn't work since my account just cant log in, my laptop says its a wrong password but im pretty sure it's right, so idk what to do now.. as long as i know that maybe the hdd is broken or corrupted the files that i have. i wonder how that usb or dvd substitute options to fix my problem, pls someone care to tell??
