My laptop is stuck in perpetual setup mode because I uninstalled the network adapter.

So, I recently got a new HP laptop, and I was trying to skip the Wi-Fi setup part, because I don't have Wi-Fi. I tried using Shift+F10 to bring up the command prompt to use the OOBE/BYPASSNRO technique, but the command prompt wouldn't show up. I also tried using Win+R to bring CMD, but it said CMD wasn't available. So I went into Computer management, disabled the network adapter and rebooted the laptop. But that didn't work either, as the adapter was automatically re-enables on startup. I then uninstalled the network adapter, but now I'm stuck.Whenever I reboot my laptop now, I get to the "Let
